DOT Examinations in Scotch Plains

A Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination is offered at Scotch Plains Family Chiropractic Center. We will review your medical history, collect and test your urine, and perform your physical examination. We are certified to issue your DOT CDL certification. Commercial Driver's License requires re-certification every 2 years and we conveniently offer our services in downtown Scotch Plains, NJ.
